Reminder15 May 2026Important ReminderGood afternoon, Please remember that the next phase of our building works will commence on Monday 18th May. As outlined in the letter, the school car park will be CLOSED from 8:15am each day. Unfortunately, parents/carers will not be able to use the car park for drop-off or collection during this period. Please allow extra time at the start and end of the school day, as there may be increased traffic around the local area. Thank you for your continued patience and support whilst these important improvements take place.

Important18 November 2025December FACE Family Advice Free TrainingHi everyone, here is the timetable for December's FACE family advice training. This training is FREE! To book onto the training, you need to visit the PARENTS page of the FACE website (facefamilyadvice.co.uk) where you can view the 16 regular talks for parents. Choose a topic and click through the booking calendar to find a date and time that suits you. At the payment stage of booking, enter the code RH230625 where it says ADD PROMO CODE. This will reduce the price from £24 to £0 The talks are on a four-weekly rotation and alternate between morning sessions (10:00-11:30) and evening sessions (19:00-20:30). Links to recordings of the talks are available for 48 hours after the live session. If you cannot make a live session, you can book on and then email to request the recording link. We've had some great feedback about the training so far: "We did the Facing Defiance course and it transformed the summer for our family. It had lots of easy to understand information and practical things we could do to encourage positive behaviour in our kids straight away. The webinar was really supportive and non-judgmental, and both the kids have genuinely enjoyed the changes too!" "I have joined a couple of sessions now, really useful, lots of tips and ideas. Thank you for having this platform"

Important2 November 2025Important Information for tomorrowGood evening, Building Update – Important Information for Tomorrow Welcome back! As we return after half term, we wanted to remind everyone about the ongoing building work and some temporary changes to drop-off and collection arrangements. ✅ Lawton Moor entrance will be closed during this phase of work. 🚶♀️ Newall Drive and Yarmouth Drive entrances will remain open for all pedestrian access. The contractors have now moved onto the Key Stage 2 side of the building, and this phase is expected to last around five weeks. Drop-off and Collection Arrangements: • Y5 & Y6 – Please use the Year 6 ramp and door. • Y3JM & Y3NJ – Use the far door near the Reception playground (usual Y3 pick-up door). • Y4JR – Drop off at the Year 3 door near the Reception playground and pick up from the Breakfast Club door. • Y4CS – Use the door opposite the Resourced Provision ramp, to the left of the main playground gate. • Y1MS & Y1MC – Use the Y1MS door near Nursery. • All other classes – No changes. Staff will be on hand in the morning to help direct everyone and make sure drop-off runs smoothly. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we continue to work through this phase safely and efficiently. We hope everyone enjoys a good night’s sleep, and we’re really looking forward to seeing all the children (and you!) tomorrow morning.
